32式太极剑课程简介

  32式太极剑是面向西北农林科技大学本科生所开设的二年级体育必修课。太极剑是在太极拳的基础上,结合剑的使用特性而发展成兵器套路,它是一项具有独特风格的器械套路。三十二式太极剑是原国家体委创编的太极剑的简化普及套路,它保留了传统的套路风格,且内容更精炼,极具有推广性。

  太极剑的运动特点:神舒体静,内外结合;轻灵沉着,刚柔相剂;连贯圆活,连绵不断;剑法清楚,身剑协调。正因如此它每招每式都以太极养生原理为依据,而且运动量适中,易学易懂,既可以单练,也可以集体演练,练习者可得到身心愉快,强身健体的最佳体验。

  本课程的理论部分主要是介绍太极剑的起源、发展、特点和对身体锻炼的作用;实践部分主要包括:太极剑基本动作练习和整套动作的学习等。

  目前,32式太极剑主要针对二年级学生第二学期开设,培养学生进行体育锻炼的方法和习惯,为学生终身体育锻炼意识奠定基础。

  

  The Course Description of the 32-style Tai Chi Sword

  The 32-style Tai Chi Sword Course, a required course offered to the sophomores of Northwest A&F University.

  Tai Chi Sword, combining the performance characteristics of swords on the basis of Tai Chi Quan, is a series of skills and trick in sword with unique style. Besides, its skills and trick, derived from the old style of Tai Chi Sword created by the General Administration of Sport of China, have been simplified for popularizing in that its performance content style becomes more succinct but retains traditional style.  

  Performance features of Tai Chi Sword: comprehensive cultivation both on morality and physique by combining tranquil spirit and easeful figure; vigorous force with mercy for agility and composure of moves; consistent moves with skillfulness; coordination between figures and swords under distinct style. Exercisers are capable of obtaining optimal experience on fitness and relaxation concerning bodies as it lays stress on the principles of health preservation of Tai Chi; besides, moderate exercise amount and elastic exercise pattern, individual or group, are also major factors.

  Course theories: the introduction of Tai Chi Sword, includes origins, development, features and effect on bodies. Course practice: mastery and training on Tai Chi Sword, involves both elementary and integral exercise moves. The 32-style Tai Chi Sword, mainly offered for sophomores of undergraduates at present, could cultivate habits and methods for students when getting physical training, which aims to lay the foundation of consciousness on a life-long exercise.
